Department Manager, Client Experience Manager
Aleesha Johnson is the Customer Service Manager at Blue Moon Advisors in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she focuses on excellent customer service and client relations. She has been with Blue Moon Advisors since 2017 where her duties include daily personal interaction with clients and their specific needs, creating a unique customer service experience for every client, various office support to staff and managing the corporation’s front desk.
Aleesha also holds a position as the Director of Auditorium Operations at Central Christian Church in Henderson, Nevada, where she excelled from volunteer in 2007 to staff in 2009. Her duties include managing 127 volunteers performing various functions to facilitate the ingress and egress of over 8,000 people per weekend creating a positive, personal experience for every guest that attends a service. In addition, she maintains the daily operational needs for the auditorium and coordinates with the production and executive teams on any support her team can give to create the best guest experience.
She graduated from Nevada Career Institute with an associates degree in Medical Assisting and Phlebotomy in 2004 with Certification. She also holds an Advanced Certificate in Ministry Leadership and Biblical studies from Central Academy in Henderson, Nevada in 2017.
She loves spending time with her 3 children. Her passion is people and helping others. She likes to read and spend time exploring and admiring nature and holds a strong spiritual mindset that allows her to relate to others with grace and compassion.
