Tony specializes in professional-grade business finance documentation and start-ups. Specific services include: Business plan development, due-diligence, Private Placement Memoranda (PPM) supporting documentation, validation of claims, assumption worksheets, research, and proforma development.
Tony has worked with over 700 clients in 22 industries since 1995. He has specifically completed hundreds of projects relating to business valuations, C-Level consulting-coaching, certified business planning, commercial bank credit applications, confidential business assessments, IB financing (Investment Banking), market planning, demographic research, market penetration modeling, non-complex credit applications, PPM (Private Placement RD 504-6) supporting documents, Title II (Crown fund RD 506(c), Crowd Funding and SBA loan packaging.

He lives and works in Las Vegas, Nevada, but works with clients throughout the world (all-hours, all time zones). He authored the book on business start-ups – The Essential Handbook for Small Businesses ISBN# 978-0-9840365-0-9 in 2011. He also wrote, published and distributed The Business Development Directory in 2008. He is a graduate of the University of La Verne with a degree in Business Administration with Cum Laude Honors.

For over 10 years Leslye Galati has been serving small to medium enterprises in the capitalization process. Ms. Galati has been a senior project manager since 2003 having managed more than 100 companies through her executive management roles in Blue Moon Advisors, LLC, US Business Incubator, SUMATIICI, Inc. and SoCalBizOps, Inc.
Before initiating her career in business finance, Ms. Galati worked as a Buyer and Department Manager for Nordstrom from 1990 to 2005; her duties included ensuring employee growth and satisfaction, overseeing and maintaining customer service, communicating with upper management about department operations and needs as well as general supervision of department operations.
Ms. Galati serves Blue Moon Advisors in the critical areas of compliance and administration. She serves as the interim compliance officer and liaison with FINRA for registrations Forms D and C, supervises budgets, payroll, staff hiring, contracts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, document management and due diligence. Additionally, Ms. Galati is the primary coordinator of Blue Moon Advisory Services and serves as a liaison between the Clients and internal staff, executives, strategic partners and consultants.
Ms. Galati also serves her Clients as a Subject Matter Expert in Food & Beverage. She is a master of designing menus, recipes and overseeing test kitchen projects. She is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts, Pasadena, California, 2008

Woody Junot is a proven Successful Financial/Managerial executive whom through his 30 year plus career has extensive experience as a business owner, financial planner, real estate and mortgage broker. Mr. Junot possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit applying it to everything he does. He brings to Strategic Equity Group many years of experience and a successful track record as a business man and entrepreneur.

Mr. Junot owned and operated an investment relations firm, Emerald Resource Group Inc. for 10 years and at the same time, he incorporated, built and sold, several entities including two real estate companies, a business brokerage company and a commercial lending company. Mr. Junot attended The Academy of Advanced Traffic and Transportation in Philadelphia Pa, in his early years, and attended several management/consulting institutions to gain his extensive leadership skills and abilities. During Mr. Junot’s career he has possessed many industry specific licenses, mortgage brokerage, real estate, series 7 and series 63 investment licenses.

John Bucher Sr.

John Bucher Sr. has over 30 years experience in industrial engineering/manufacturing, new product development, sales, and multinational operations. Mr. Bucher is a graduate from the University of South Florida with a degree in Energy Conversion and Mechanical design and is a current member on USF Dean of Engineering Advisory Board, since 2005. Mr. Bucher graduated in 1977 and during that period did a co-op at Kennedy Space Center working on the Apollo Space Station Missions for three years. Mr. Bucher then worked for General Electric’s Specialty Motor Division in Fort Wayne, Indiana and continued his career in engineering and sales of motors. He co-founded King of Fans, Inc. in 1982 with his partner, Start Wu. King of Fans uses 2.5 million square feet of manufacturing space in China and has had over 5,000 employees while building over 15 million finished goods products per year. Mr. Bucher was Vice Chairman and President of Solar Power Industries, Inc., 240,000 square foot factory, 250 employees— a vertical solar manufacturer that made polysilicon into ingots, bricks, wafers, cells, solar modules and solar array systems. Mr. Bucher took over management and redesigned operations into a Lean Manufacturing culture which could solve complex, process control issues and kept the company vibrant during the worst recession since the great depression. Mr. Bucher was instrumental in getting Government Grants and Loans as well as meeting several Governors, Senators, Representatives, and President Obama during his tenure. Mr. Bucher turned the company over to his business partner’s son, Mr. John Wu after his partner Mr. Start Wu suddenly died in January 2010. Mr. Bucher is now President
of Peak Solar LLC and is still a shareholder of SPI (shutdown), KOF, CLI and other group companies.
