Woody JunotPresident/CEO

Woody Junot is a proven Successful Financial/Managerial executive whom through his 30 year plus career has extensive experience as a business owner, financial planner, real estate and mortgage broker. Mr. Junot possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit applying it to everything he does. He brings to Strategic Equity Group many years of experience and a successful track record as a business man and entrepreneur.

Mr. Junot owned and operated an investment relations firm, Emerald Resource Group Inc. for 10 years and at the same time, he incorporated, built and sold, several entities including two real estate companies, a business brokerage company and a commercial lending company. Mr. Junot attended The Academy of Advanced Traffic and Transportation in Philadelphia Pa, in his early years, and attended several management/consulting institutions to gain his extensive leadership skills and abilities. During Mr. Junot’s career he has possessed many industry specific licenses, mortgage brokerage, real estate, series 7 and series 63 investment licenses.

Scott Marchand

Mr. Marchand has been involved in real estate development and finance since 1993. From 1993 through 2006, he was involved in many aspects in the real estate field that included appraisals, mortgage brokerage, construction management, project development and commercial finance.
Mr. Marchand is currently a Real Estate Developer specializing in Hotels, Apartments and structuring highly complex Commercial Financing.
Mr. Marchand is currently an Advisor to the Orlando EB-5 Regional Center, Blue Moon Consortium (a crowd funding platform) and technology startups www.onPlist.com, www.reinID.com.
Tony Drexel Smith

Tony specializes in professional-grade business finance documentation and start-ups. Specific services include: Business plan development, due-diligence, Private Placement Memoranda (PPM) supporting documentation, validation of claims, assumption worksheets, research, and proforma development.
Tony has worked with over 700 clients in 22 industries since 1995. He has specifically completed hundreds of projects relating to business valuations, C-Level consulting-coaching, certified business planning, commercial bank credit applications, confidential business assessments, IB financing (Investment Banking), market planning, demographic research, market penetration modeling, non-complex credit applications, PPM (Private Placement RD 504-6) supporting documents, Title II (Crown fund RD 506(c), Crowd Funding and SBA loan packaging.

He lives and works in Las Vegas, Nevada, but works with clients throughout the world (all-hours, all time zones). He authored the book on business start-ups – The Essential Handbook for Small Businesses ISBN# 978-0-9840365-0-9 in 2011. He also wrote, published and distributed The Business Development Directory in 2008. He is a graduate of the University of La Verne with a degree in Business Administration with Cum Laude Honors.

He has been Lead Counsel in more than 400 public and private offerings and more than 200 mergers and acquisitions. Rick has extensive experience in the negotiation and structuring of hundreds of business transactions. He specializes in the formation of business entities; venture capital transactions; mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; public and private offerings, and debt financing.

Rick represents clients in a wide range of industries, including but not limited to, computer technology, biotechnology, medical services, finance and investment, communications, marketing, transportation, and real estate development.
